Antoinette “Toni” Jarrett comes to QuatroTax with a wealth of experience managing property taxes across the US as well as Canada. Toni’s background has afforded her insight into the entire property tax process from valuation, appeals, and compliance through payments, audits, and refund reconciliation. During her career, she has sat in each seat at the table as a taxing official, corporate owner, and tax consultant. Early in her career, she was introduced to the field through a position with the Travis County Assessor-Collector. Later, she received an opportunity with the FDIC to manage RE taxes for a national portfolio of REO holdings from troubled financial institutions. Her next move was to the private sector, accepting positions respectively with G6 Hospitality and FelCor Lodging Trust, (a publicly traded company), minimizing the tax liability on hotels and resorts. Currently, Toni is a licensed property tax consultant in the State of Texas. Toni studied at the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
